I've thought for a year or two that though I'm predominantly attracted to men, I would consider a relationship with a woman if the intellectual and emotional draw was strong enough. Just FYI, if I ever get a girlfriend, this is evidently my type. ;)

In case this isn't spreading across my flist like wildfire, Massachusetts is appealing the federal Defense of Marriage Act. Basically, if they win, it could mean that gay and lesbian couples in states where gay marriages are allowed would also get federal rights.
